  1. 6 Pork chops

  2. Tipsy Marinade

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Grill sauce - (tomato, based)

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry sherry - gin, whiskey, brandy or rum

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Dark soy sauce or 2 tbs - oyster sauce

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Five spice powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  9. 1 Garlic clove - mashed.

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over pork chops.

  2. Marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator or for 1/2 hour unrefrigerated.

  3. Grill pork chops for 15 minutes on each side, basting with leftover marinade every few minutes.

  4. Works well with chicken also.
