  1. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  5. 1 Salt

  6. 2 cups 186g / 6.6oz Cranberries

  7. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Raisins

  8. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Oats

  9. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Light brown sugar

  10. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  11. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Unsalted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla, salt, cranberries, and raisins. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes and cool slightly.

  2. Mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in butter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs in bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan. Spread with cranberry filling.

  3. Top with remaining crumbs and bake 45 minutes.
