  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Sauterne wine

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  4. 1 Garlic - minced

  5. 10 1/2 oz 298g Beef broth

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Catsup

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mustard

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced onions

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  11. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Fresh much - sliced

  1. Recipe Instructions Place steak in slow-cooking pot. Combine sauterne, soy sauce, garlic, broth, catsup, mustard, and onion; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into pot. Add mushrooms. Turn control to high; cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are done.
