  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 1 tablespoon grated orange peel

  4. 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  5. 1 package (16 ounces) frozen peas Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the marmalade, butter and orange peel. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender. Cook peas according to package directions; drain. Add mushroom mixture and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Yield: 6-8 servings.
