  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin seeds

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fennel seeds

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coriander seeds

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cardamom - ground

  5. 1 Crushed red pepper flakes

  6. 1 Nutmeg - ground

  7. 1 Cinnamon

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  9. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Green olives - brought to Room temperature

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange juice

  12. 3 Garlic cloves - minced

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat first 8 ingredients in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add olives and toss to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 4 hours or up to 3 weeks. The longer the marinate, the better they taste. Drain and serve at room temperature.
