  1. 2 lb Potatoes, red small, halved 

  2. 1/2 ts Salt

  3. 2 Cloves garlic 

  4. 1/4 ts Pepper

  5. 1 tb Chopped fresh rosemary -- Olive oil nonstick cooking - Or 

  6. 1 tsp dry rosemary Spray

  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg f. Coat large roasting pan with nonstick spray. In the roasting pan combine potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes well. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 190 calories, 4 g protein, less than 1 g fat, 0 mg chol, 41 g carbo, 285 mg sodium.
