  2. 1 large watermelon -- whole

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1 cup orange juice

  5. rum to taste

  1. Remove a large slice from the top of the watermelon. Remove all the meat. After discarding the seeds, puree enough of the flesh to make one cup liquid. Add orange juice, rum and sugar to pureed watermelon. Mix until all sugar is dissolved. Reserve. Cube remaining watermelon, discard seeds and return to shell. Pour juice over it and chill for at least one hour before serving.
