  1. 1 ground turkey package

  2. 1 chopped onion

  3. 1/2 - 1 TBSP chili flakes

  4. 1 small head of garlic ,

  5. 1/2 minced,

  6. 1/2 peeled

  7. 1/2 - 1 TBSP fennel seed

  8. 1 TSP oregano

  9. olive oil

  10. salt and pepper

  11. lemon zest

  12. 3-4 medium zucchini

  1. This recipe uses the same large saute pan twice. Fist heat pan and add some olive oil and whole peeled garlic cloves. As garlic is starting to cook and flavor oil slice zucchini as preferred, then add to cook. Add salt pepper ½ chili flakes and cover. Cook until soft and a bit caramelized.

  2. Remove zucchini & garlic from pan, leave olive oil. Add chopped onion, saute until almost translucent, then add remaining garlic and spices, cook a few minutes more. Then add ground turkey and cook until almost done. Add zucchini, lemon zest and cook until turkey is done and zucchini is hot.

  3. I served this with red potatoes, but something else could be great, too.
