  3. 3 1/4 cups 203g / 7 1/5oz Bread flour

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz White sugar

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cinnamon

  7. 3 1/2 teaspoons 17ml Active dry yeast

  8. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Raisins

  1. Place ingredients in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
