  1. PREP: Set oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken tenders with water, pat dry with paper towels, set on plate. Lightly grease a baking pan, 9x13, using olive oil. Combine crumbs with parmasan cheese in a bowl. Pour dressing in a separate mixing bowl. Slice tomatoes thickly, set aside. Dip chicken tenders in the dressing, coating completely. Then roll in crumb/cheese mix until completely covered and place in pan. Continue with the remaining tenders, placing them touching side by side. Place a thick slice of tomato on each. Bake for 35 minutes or until slightly browned at edges. Serve with a salad or fresh vegetables.
