  1. Crust:

  2. 1/3 c butter , soft

  3. 1/3 c sugar

  4. 1 c flour Filling:

  5. 3/4 C sugar

  6. 3 tbsp flour

  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  8. tsp salt

  9. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  10. 1 tbsp grated lemon peel

  11. 2 egg s

  12. Powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix crust ingredients together until coarse crumbs. Press into a greased 9x13" baking pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

  3. Combine all filling ingredients and pour over hot crust. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

  4. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before cutting.
