  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Potatoes - (3 medium)

  9. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Fresh green beans

  10. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Red onion - thinly sliced (small)

  11. 1 Bite-size lettuce pieces

  12. 1 Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed

  13. 1 Pitted black olives - (3 1/2 oz) - drained

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine cooking oil, vinegar, mustard, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic; mix well; reserve. Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender; drain. Cool to room temperature; peel and cube. Cut beans into 1-inch pieces; cook until tender crisp; drain and cool to room temperature. Combine potatoes, green beans, and onion; cover and refrigerate until cold. Before serving, place lettuce in salad bowl; top with vegetable mixture. Place Spam in center; sprinkle olives over top.
