  1. 2 tb Peanut butter; 

  2. 1/4 c Water;

  3. 2/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder; 

  4. 1/2 oz Corn or wheat flake cereal;

  5. 2 ts Unsweetened cocoa; 

  6. 2 tb Raisins;

  7. 5 ts Sugar; or sugar sub;

  1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, dry milk, cocoa, sugar and water.

  2. Mix until well blended. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press mixture into bottom of a 4X8 inch loaf pan. Chill 30 minutes or longer, cut into bars and serve.

  3. Per serving: 9g protein, 5g fat, 21g carb., 248mg sodium, 2mg chol., 170 calories. —–
