  1. 1 1/2 lbs ground beef

  2. 1 medium round onion , diced

  3. 3 garlic cloves , diced

  4. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning

  5. 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

  6. 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

  7. 1 (8 ounce) container guacamole

  8. 2 medium tomatoes , diced

  9. 6 green onions , stalks chopped

  10. 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese

  1. In a medium skillet, brown ground beef, diced onion, and diced garlic. Drain off fat and return to pan. Mix in taco seasoning.

  2. In a 13x9x2" pan, layer in the following order: refried beans, ground beef mixture, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, green onions, and shredded cheese.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
