  2. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  3. 1/2 cup milk

  4. 1/2 cup sour cream

  5. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  7. 24 ounces frozen hashed browns, thawed

  8. 1 can french fried onions

  9. 6 pork chops

  10. 1 tablespoon oil

  11. 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Add potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and half the french fried onions. Mix well.

  3. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

  4. Brown the pork chops in hot oil in a skillet.

  5. Arrange them over the potato mixture.

  6. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.

  7. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions.

  8. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
