  3. 1 pk Sugarfree Chocolate Pudding

  4. (prepared) 1/4 c Crunchy Peanut Butter

  5. 3 oz Grapenuts

  6. FOOD EXCHANGES 1/2 Milk, Fat, Bread, Protein,
