  1. 205 1/23 g Kraft macaroni and cheese (1 box)

  2. 59.16 ml butter

  3. 59.14 ml skim milk

  4. 453 1/29 g extra lean ground beef

  5. 35.43 g taco seasoning (1 packet)

  6. 14.79 ml louisiana hot sauce

  7. 14.79 ml butter (seperate from the first 4)

  8. 236 1/29 ml water

  9. 236 1/29 ml reduced-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)

  1. Make box of macaroni and cheese as directed.

  2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain.

  3. Add taco seasoning/water.

  4. Simmer meat mixture for 5 minutes.

  5. While simmering, add 1 tbsp hot sauce and 1 tbsp butter. Mix well.

  6. Drain meat.

  7. Add meat to macaroni and cheese, mix well.

  8. Add shredded cheddar cheese, mix gently 'til melted.

  9. Serve! YUM!
