  1. 2 slices of seeded bread, toasted

  2. 50g grated cheddar cheese

  3. 1 tomato, diced

  4. 2 slices of ham

  5. 2 pineapple rings, grilled

  6. Sprinkle of mixed herbs

  1. Add layers of the ham, diced tomato and grated cheddar cheese to one slice of the toasted bread.

  2. Place the pineapple rings on top and sprinkle with mixed herbs. Cover with the other slice of toasted bread. Cut into triangle quarters and serve.
