  1. 3 lbs. venison rump roast

  2. 1 large onion, chopped fine

  3. Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Pinch of rosemary

  5. 1 large carrot, grated

  6. 1 can (10 oz.) beef gravy

  7. Pinch of oregano

  8. Grease a large sheet of heavy foil and place in a roasting pan. Put the roast in the centre of the foil and add all the other ingredients.

  9. 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 2 1/2 hours or until done to taste.
