  2. 1 Garlic - minced

  3. 1 Tomato paste

  4. 1 Water

  5. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Shrimp - peeled

  6. 1 Stewed tomatoes Hot red pepper and cayenne to taste

  7. 1 Onion - chopped

  8. 1 Bay leaf

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  10. 4 Crabs

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine okra, garlic, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, onion, bay leaf and water. Cook slowly until done. Brown flour, add enough water to make a roux. Add roux, shrimp, crabs and season to taste. Cook slowly until done.
