  4. 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats

  5. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

  6. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  8. 2 tablespoons margarine

  9. 1/2 cup vanilla or lemon nonfat yogurt
