  1. 2 to 3 ripe mangoes, chopped

  2. 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced

  3. 1/4 cup minced red onion

  4. 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  5. 2 tablespoons cider vinegar Salt, to taste

  1. Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold or at room temperature.
