  2. 1/2 ounce cornstarch

  3. 1 ounce butter

  4. Pepper and salt, cayenne

  5. 1 ounce grated cheese

  6. Small pinch bicarbonate soda

  7. 1/2 pint of milk

  1. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold milk, put the rest on to boil, add the moistened cornstarch and cook a few minutes.

  2. Add the pepper, salt, cayenne, butter, soda and cheese.

  3. Then bake for fifteen minutes and serve at once.
