  1. 1 large French baguette

  2. 8 ounces cream cheese

  3. 1 large tomato, sliced thin

  4. 1/2 pound smoked salmon

  5. 1/2 cup red onion, chopped

  6. Fresh dill to taste, chopped

  1. Slice the bread lengthwise.

  2. Spread the cream cheese on one side. Depending on the size of the bread, you may not use all of the cream cheese.

  3. Layer the length of the bread with the tomato slices and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with the chopped onion and dill. Top with the bread and serve.
