  1. 3 -4 lbs pot roast

  2. 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

  3. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton's beef and onion soup mix

  1. Place roast in crockpot.

  2. Mix both cans of soup and dry beefy onion seasoning in bowl, and pour over roast.

  3. Turn on low, and cook for 8 hours, or until the roast is desired tenderness.

  4. That's it -- REALLY!

  5. We usually serve this with cowboy mashed potatoes and rolls.
