  1. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  2. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Margarine - melted

  3. 2 Eggs - plus

  4. 3 Egg whites - all lightly beaten

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Cocoa powder

  6. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Flour

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped pecans Frosting

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, cocoa, and flour together. Lightly beat eggs and egg whites. Add to flour mixture along with melted margarine. Mix in chopped nuts until well combined. Pour into a 9-inch by 13-inch non stick pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve. This recipe yields 16 bars.
