  1. 12 frozen pancakes or freshly made pancakes

  2. 2 bananas, sliced

  3. 8 oz. container strawberry yogurt

  4. 8 oz. container raspberry yogurt

  5. 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained

  6. 1/2 cup blueberries

  7. 1/2 cup raspberries

  8. 1/2 cup granola

  1. Heat pancakes as directed on package, or make your own pancakes. Meanwhile, prepare fruit.

  2. To serve, place 2 pancakes on each serving plate. Top with banana pieces, some strawberry and raspberry yogurt, pineapple, blueberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle with granola and serve immediately.
