  1. 3 pounds Short ribs

  2. 1 large Chopped onion

  3. 1/4 cup Vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  5. 1 cup Ketchup

  6. 1/2 cup Water

  7. 1 teaspoon Mustard

  8. 1 teaspoon Salt

  9. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
