    1. 1/4 c Peanut Butter

    2. 1 c Plain Yogurt

    3. 1 ts Coriander; Ground

    4. 1 1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper

    5. 1/8 ts Pepper

    1. Blend the peanut butter and yogurt together, mixing until smooth.

    2. Add all of the other ingredients, blending well.

    3. Cover and chill.

    4. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.

    5. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Kiwi, Plums, Saltines
