  2. 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  4. 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams

  5. 2 cups tomato sauce

  6. 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  7. Salt

  8. Pepper

  9. Pinch of fresh chopped parsley

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.

  2. Add clams with juice. Simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Add tomato sauce. Season to taste and add parsley.

  4. Toss cooked linguine noodles with 1/2 of the prepared sauce.

  5. Place on serving platter and pour balance of sauce on top and serve with Parmesan cheese.
