  2. 1 can del monte mexican style stewed tomatoes

  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  6. 1 small clov garlic -- minced

  7. 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  8. tortilla chips

  1. Preparation:

  2. Place tomatoes in blender container. Cover and process on low 2 seconds to chop tomatoes. Combine with onion, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and pepper sauce. Add additional pepper sauce, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

  3. Can substitute minced jalapeno to taste for hot pepper sauce.
