  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Safflower oil

  2. 2 Garlic cloves - crushed

  3. 1/3 lb 151g / 5 1/3oz Scallops - - sliced into 1/4" r

  4. 3 cups 711ml Snow peas

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml White pepper

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Light miso

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Arrowroot - - dissolved in...

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  1. Stir-fry garlic in safflower oil until it begins to color; add scallops and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Remove scallops and garlic. Add snow peas to oil and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, miso, and arrowroot. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes, then return scallops and garlic to pan and heat through. Serve.
