  2. 1 1/2 Large pears

  3. 3 Tablespoons oil

  4. 1/2 Tablespoon yeast

  5. 2 Cups bread flour

  6. 1 1/8 Cups rye flour

  7. 3 Tablespoons wheat germ

  8. 3 Tablespoons sugar

  9. 1/2 Tablespoon salt

  10. 1/2 Tablespoon fennel seeds

  11. 3 Tablespoons hazelnuts -- chopped

  12. 1/2 Cup water

  1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order.

  2. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather use 1/8 cupless water.
