  2. 1/4 c Tahini

  3. 1 ts Mustard

  4. 1 tb Tamari

  5. 1 tb Eggless mayo

  6. 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped

  7. 1 sm Garlic clove; minced

  8. 1/4 c Shredded carrots

  9. 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Mash tofu.

  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Spread on toast, pita, crackers, or roll up in lettuce leaves.
