  1. Grape Gelatin

  2. Serves 4 2 1/4-oz pkgs unflavored gelatin

  3. 2 pounds red seedless grapes (about 5 1/2 cups)

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 2/3 cup sour cream

  6. 2 tablespoons honey

  7. halved graps for garnish

  8. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water, let

  9. soften. Place grapes, sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring

  10. to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, mashing occasionally with a

  11. 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in

  12. softened gelatin until dissolved.

  13. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid

  14. 3 cups

  15. solids.

  16. Divide mixture evenly among four serving glasses. Refrigerate

  17. until set, at least 2 hours.

  18. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and honey. Spoon over

  19. gelatins, deviding evenly. Spread to edges. Refrigerate.

  20. Just before serving, garnish with grape halves.
