  2. 350ml beer

  3. 1 small onion, diced

  4. 330g dark brown soft sugar

  5. 8 tablespoons prepared mustard

  6. 3 tablespoons barbecue seasoning, such as Schwartz

  7. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon garlic granules
