  5. 1/2 cup white wine

  6. 2 whole shallots chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons oregano -- chopped

  8. 1/2 cup olive oil

  9. 1/2 cup chicken stock

  1. Place shrimp in single layer in large baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over shrimp. Place under broiler, basting a couple of times, until shrimp are nice and brown.
