    1. 2 cups smoked cheddar cheese

    2. 2 cups swiss cheese

    3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

    4. 1 cup onion

    5. 1 teaspoon garlic puree

    6. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

    7. 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

    8. 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

    9. 1 1/4 pounds assorted savory crackers

    1. Preparation : combine ingredients in a food processor process until smooth and well blended cover and chill for 30 minutes form into a log wrap in plastic and chill for 2-96 hours serve at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
