  3. 1/4 cup dijon mustard

  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  6. 2 cloves garlic -- crushed

  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar or bowl. Use to marinate chicken and pork. Refrigerate boneless chicken breasts for up to 4 hours. Chicken on the bone for up to 8 hours. Pork tenderloin or kabobs for up to 8 hours.
