  1. 1 pound ground turkey

  2. 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  3. 1/3 cup quick cooking oats

  4. 1/4 cup green onion -- chopped fine

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped

  7. 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice

  8. 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  11. 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

  1. Preparation : Preheat barbecue to medium-high and lightly grease grills. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and form into four patties. Grill on medium-high for 5-7 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink in center. Serve immediately.
