  2. 8 ounces uncooked linguine noodles

  3. 1/4 cup prepared teriyaki sauce

  4. 3 tbsp. lemon juice

  5. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  6. 1/2 tsp. peeled, finely grated fresh ginger

  7. 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

  8. 8 ounces chopped crabmeat or canned salad shrimp

  9. 4 cups shredded green cabbage

  10. 1 cup shredded carrots

  11. 1/3 cup sliced green onions

  12. 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  1. Heat a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and boil until just tender, stirring frequently. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water. Drain the pasta again. Combine the teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and red pepper flakes in a large bowl and whisk to blend. Add the cooked linguine, crabmeat or shrimp, cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro and toss gently to coat. Serve the salad immediately.
