  1. 150 grams ground lean pork (you may use beef or crab meat)

  2. 250 grams sliced potatoes around

  3. 1/2 cm cube in size

  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  5. 1/2 cup chopped onions

  6. 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1 teaspoon corn starch

  9. 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham or sausages

  10. 2 tablespoon grated cheese

  11. 1 tablespoon cooking oil Salt to taste

  1. Heat pan and add oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Add ground pork and cook until slightly brown. Add potatoes and mix well with ground meat. Cook until potatoes are done. Set aside meat and potatoes. In a bowl mix eggs and cornstarch. Mix until cornstarch is dissolved in the eggs. Add cooked ground meat, potatoes and optional ingredients. Stir well to ensure even distribution. Add eggs as needed to ensure there is enough to bind ingredients when fried. Heat a non-stick pan and pour ½ cup of mixture into the middle. Spread mixture out so it cooks evenly. A 3-4 inch diameter patty is recommended. Fry until patty is firm and browned on both sides. The egg should be completely cooked.
