  1. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  2. 1/2 c. onion, chopped

  3. 1 c. tomato, chopped

  4. 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk

  5. 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

  6. 1 tbsp. dry mint

  7. 1 tbsp. dry basil

  8. 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

  9. 1/4 lb. Prosciutto, chopped

  10. 1 lb. pasta, cooked

  11. 1 tsp. lemon pepper

  1. In large skillet, cook onion in olive oil. Add tomato, cook a few minutes longer. Add milk and lemon pepper. Add pasta to milk mixture and toss while adding herbs; add cheese and prosciutto. Mixture thickens while adding cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy. Quick – Easy -Delicious!
