    1. 1 lb Interesting pasta cooked to

    3. 3/4 c Italian salad dressing

    4. 1 tb Dijon mustard

    5. 1/4 c Chopped onion

    6. 1/4 c Chopped celery

    7. 1 sm Chopped carrot

    8. Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Cook the pasta, drain and cool.

    2. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and add a little parsley, basil and any other spices you may like to taste.

    3. Chill for at least one hour.
