  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Coarse-ground turkey

  2. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Seasoned bread crumbs

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped onion

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vegetable oil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sage

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Thyme

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black and red pepper

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 1 Egg white

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients except egg white. Gently beat egg white with a fork and add to meat mixture. Mix well. Shape into 12 patties. Cook in a non-stick skillet until done, or it may be broiled approximately four minutes on each side. This recipe yields 6 servings, with two patties per serving.
