  1. 1 clove garlic, minced

  2. 1 small onion, chopped

  3. 1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

  4. 1 bay leaf

  5. 1 14-oz. can whole tomatoes

  6. 1 cup water

  7. 2 beef stock cubes

  8. 2 tbsp. tomato paste

  9. 3 tsp. salt

  10. 1 tsp. vegetable oil

  11. 1 18-oz. package of noodles

  1. To make the sauce, mix all sauce ingredients in a large pot. Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. To make the noodles, boil water in a pot. Add salt and vegetable oil. Add noodles. Cook for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce on top of spaghetti to serve.
