  1. 2 (15oz) cans chili , no beans

  2. 2 (16oz) cans tamales, undrained

  3. 1 pound Velveeta, cubed

  4. chili powder to taste

  1. Unwrap Tamales and place with juices in a large microwave safe glass bowl. Smash tamales with a fork or potato masher. Add chili, and Velveeta to bowl, mix to combine. place in the microwave and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stir add chili powder to taste. continue to heat and stir at 2 minute increments until hot and cheese has melted.
