  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans beef broth

  3. 3 cups frozen pasta with broccoli, corn and carrots in garlic seasoned sauce

  4. 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes

  5. 1 (5 1/2-ounce) can tomato juice or tomato-vegetable juice

  6. 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed

  7. 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In a large saucepan cook ground beef until brown. Drain fat. Stir in beef broth, pasta with vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. Ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
