  1. 1 teaspoon butter or margarine

  2. 2 eggs--lightely beaten

  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  4. 1 dash pepper

  5. 1 whole-wheat pita bread--cut in half

  6. 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

  7. 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

  8. 2 tablespoons chopped tomato avocado slices are optional

  1. Preparation : Melt butter at HIGH for 30 seconds in microwave-saft 1-quart casserole Season eggs with salt and pepper. Add eggs to casserole. Microwave at High 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, stirring once. Do not overcook; eggs should be soft with no liquid remaining. Open pita halves to make pockets. Arrange sprouts in pockets. Divide cheese and eggs evenly between pickets. Top with tomato and avocado slices.
