  6. 2 lb beef, veal or turkey -- ground

  7. 1 qt tomato juice

  8. 1 tsp cinnamon

  9. 1 tsp cumin -- ground

  10. 1 whole onion

  11. 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  13. 4 tsp chili powder

  14. 1 tsp allspice

  15. 1 tsp pepper

  16. 1 tsp red pepper

  17. 5 bay leaves

  18. Combine meat & tomato juice. Mash together. Add remaining

  19. ingredients. (The onion should be peeled and placed in the pot--remove

  20. 1 1/2 hours. Remove the

  21. 5 bay leaves. Cool to remove any fat from the top,

  22. preferably overnight. Serve over weiner with onions, mustard, and grated cheddar for a cheese

  23. coney.

  24. Serve over spaghetti for a chili spaghetti

  25. 3-way; add onions for a 4-way,
